This is a month-to-month pre-paid commitment.
We both know that your home will not be organized in a few sessions. Each month we will go through a tough spot in your home. I will help you with root issues as to why you are having problems with organization and decluttering.
Various home organization systems will be given to help you overcome the anxiety associated with "touching" your items.

Time is of the essence. I will pack up all the less used items not needed for the next 60-90 days. Along with organization and pre-staging rooms getting your home ready for painting, cleaning, staging, before it is listed on MLS.

Moving Day is coming and you don't want to do any of it.
You contact me, and I squeal with delight! I love everything associated with moving!!
I create an action plan, and go over it with you, and let you know what I need done before I can get started.
Then I pack up your WHOLE home in a few days, and unpack your NEW home in a few days. You get to continue living your life. You are busy with other details of your move, and I'm here to pick up the slack and help get things done.
Immediately after the moving is completed, I get started on setting up your new home. I unpack everything in an organized manner, while making your new place a HOME. Including making the bed with fresh sheets, wiping the bookcases, unpacking your books, and adding finishing touches by arranging plants, pictures, etc.

• New organizational bins. Your new home will be organized with a system from day 1.
• Breaking down & removing packing supplies. I will take this with me when I leave each day. Your trash receptacles will not be overflowing with moving supplies
