I am an organizing maven—a master of the art of decluttering and streamlining spaces. But being a maven means more than just knowing how to tidy up. It means understanding the intricate components that make something truly organized. My journey to becoming a maven didn't happen overnight; it's been a dedicated process spanning over 25 years. With each experience, I've honed my skills and perfected my craft, preparing myself to meet you and transform your life. How does this work?

  • During my 60-minute in-person consultation, I'll assess your home or garage and gain insight into your organization needs. We'll discuss your project goals and any concerns you have about the space. Together, we'll explore options such as purchasing organizing items, free-standing shelves, trash bin services, or bulk waste pick-up, as needed.
  • Please note that same-day estimates are not available. After our consultation, I'll carefully consider the scope of the project and your goals. You can expect to receive a detailed estimate within a week if I believe it's a good fit for both parties to move forward.

How much does it cost?

I quote projects based on their volume, not simply by room. Every project is as unique as you are, and I take the time to understand your specific needs and goals. By focusing on the volume of items and the complexity of the project, I ensure that my services are tailored to deliver the best results for you.

With my extensive experience in organizing kitchens, closets, bedrooms, kids' rooms, home offices, and garages, I've developed a keen sense of how long each project will take based on similar layouts and goals. By drawing on my past experiences, I can accurately estimate the time needed to complete your project.

Thank you for choosing Allison Almond as your partner in reclaiming control and restoring peace and joy to your space. Before we embark on this journey together, it's important to ensure clarity and alignment on expectations. Your confidentiality and trust are paramount to me. Please review the following terms of service, outlining my process and services. Let's ensure a harmonious collaboration as we transform your space.

Donations / Hazardous Chemicals / eWaste / Trash   

  • Donations: All items deemed for donation will be taken to the location of my choice.
  • Hazardous Disposal: Light bulbs, paint, batteries, pesticides, and household chemicals will be disposed of.
  • eWaste: Old technology such as old cell phones, printers, monitors, laptops, and computers will be disposed of.
  • Trash: All trash is to be put in your trash receptacles. You may have to rent a dumpster or schedule for a bulk waste pick-up.  


Payment

  • Payment requests will be sent as an invoice from Honeybook after services are rendered.


Supplies and Shopping

I ask clients to set a budget for each space, which enables me to select the best organizing items tailored to their home. I do not charge for shopping, I ask to be reimbursed for anything purchased for your project. 


Process Ownership

 Allison Almond acknowledges that items are the sole property of the Client, and while efforts will be made to assist in reducing the volume of belongings, it is understood that the final decision on such matters rests with the Client. 


Project Outcomes
The projected outcomes of the project are contingent upon the Client's active participation in the process, including sorting, editing, and donating when necessary. Additionally, the Client's ability to make prompt decisions will influence the duration of the project. My estimate is based on 25 years of experience, and I endeavor to stay on task and within the estimated timeframe for project completion. Please note that my time clock starts upon arrival at your property and concludes when we finish for the day. 


Confidentiality & Photo Release
The personal information of and in possession of the Client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect at all times. No personal or private information, including name, address, and phone number, will ever be shared with anyone else. This confidentiality extends to potential clients seeking references; instead, I encourage them to review my Yelp! or Google reviews to determine if my services will be a good fit for their project.


Additionally, the Client releases all rights to before and after photos, allowing Allison Almond to use them for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, educational presentations, and pamphlets. Client identity and confidentiality will always remain a top priority in regards to photo usage.
